Shipping depends on the part, your location, and carrier availability. Your quote will include shipping options and an estimated delivery window.

Most common delivery options

• Repair shop / commercial address (recommended): usually fastest and simplest for freight delivery.
• Residential delivery: may require liftgate service and delivery appointments, depending on carrier and location.
• Terminal pickup: in some areas, freight terminal pickup can be an option (ask us to quote it).

Delivery checklist (prevents headaches)

• Confirm the delivery address and a daytime contact number.
• Inspect the shipment at delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier paperwork and take photos.
• Keep all packaging until the part is inspected and installed.

If there’s shipping damage

Contact us immediately so we can help coordinate next steps with the carrier and supplier. The sooner it’s documented, the easier it is to resolve.
